General Policy

Conditions and limitations of the service provision;

 Customers need to book the service 1 working day in advance for districts in Ho Chi Minh City, if other provinces need to book 5 working days in advance.

Customers must make a deposit before use or upon receipt of the goods.

Deposit can be used by bank transfer or cash

FTV's obligations in each transaction;

Delivering the right equipment with the right quantity, on time set by the customer and ensuring the quality, schedule when customers use the service,

 Receive and answer customers' questions during the service period.

Obligations of customers in each transaction;

Take care of the device, do not damage it during use, return it on time as agreed, Pay in full when using the service.

If in the process of using the customer the loss or damage is not due to technical errors but by human impact, the customer must compensate according to the original agreement.
